  • Autonomous System (ASN) Classification: Every IP address belongs to an Autonomous System. If the ASN organization is classified as a hosting provider or cloud service (like Amazon Web Services, DigitalOcean, or Hetzner), it is highly likely to be a VPN exit node.
  • Known Exit Node Registries: Public lists of proxies, TOR exits, and VPN nodes are actively cross-referenced.
  • WebRTC Tunnel Inconsistencies: Scans for discrepancies between WebRTC local IP addresses and public browser IPs to detect hidden routing bridges.
